Different was never the design flaw
Mr Purple Neurochamps reframes neurodivergent minds as a source of insight, leadership and possibility. Without flattening people into slogans, and without pretending every quirk is automatically a superpower.
The organising idea
The Currency of QUIRKS. Celebrating what is distinct, engineering environments where difference can contribute, measuring what matters, quantifying value responsibly, and championing people without turning them into mascots.
Our vision
A business world where neurodivergent minds are recognised, trusted and equipped to reshape how we lead, innovate and grow.
Our mission
To challenge outdated models of work and leadership, then equip organisations to recognise, design for and unleash neurodivergent strengths as a commercial and social advantage. Turning everyone into champions.
Start with the room, not the label
The label
The attention lands on one person, and asks them to account for themselves.
The room
The attention lands on what surrounds them: leadership, environment, friction, communication, strengths and outcomes.
Same nine people. The only thing that changed is where the attention went.
Neurodiversity is neither a deficit to fix nor a novelty to parade. The useful work looks at leadership, environment, friction, communication, strengths and outcomes.
What we are building
Leadership services, the 10×10 experience, an incubator and lab, events and publications. Each one becomes a public offer only once it is properly ready.
