This site has no forms, and it uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
When you contact us
If you email us or book a conversation, we use your details to reply and to arrange the work you asked about.
We do not need health information to talk with you about neurodiversity at work. Please do not send us diagnoses or health records about yourself or anyone else unless we have agreed that you need to.
How we use your details
To answer your enquiry and provide the services you have asked for.
Where you have agreed to it, to send you NeuroChamps and Mr Purple news. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else to market to you.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the work, such as GoHighLevel for our customer records and email, and Google for email and documents. Some of these store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a working relationship with you, and after that for as long as the law requires, which is usually seven years for anything with a financial record attached. Then we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
